彼らに連なる系譜のなかに、この拙稿の主人公であるテレンス・トレント・ダービー (Terence Trent D'Arby) を加えたいと謂ったら、納得してくれるだろうか。
つまり、ぼくは音楽における魔術に魅せられたばかりか、それを産み出す工房、すなわちレコーディング・スタジオ (Recording Studio) のマジック (Magick) に囚われてしまったヒトビトの系譜のなかに、彼を置いてみたいと想うのだ。

“ALIEN SOUNDTRACKS” by CHROME

映画『エイリアン (Alien)』 [リドリー・スコット (Ridley Scott) 監督作品 1979年発表] のサウンド・トラック盤『エイリアン (Complete Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Alien)』 [音楽：ジェリー・ゴールドスミス (Jerry Goldsmith) 1979年発表] ではない。
その中で流れる音楽のカヴァー・アルバムでもない。個人的にはそんなコンセプトの作品はあってもいいと想う。
ことばに翻訳すれば"異形の映画音楽"とでもなるのだろう。
1977年の作品、バンドにとっては第2作である。

『ワン・オブ・ア・カインド (ONE OF A KIND)』 by ブラフォード (BRUFORD)

以前、こちらで書いたユー・ケイ (U. K.) と謂うバンドの、続編のひとつ、ではない。
そのバンドは、当時のビル・ブルーフォード (Bill Bruford) が関わった、いくつものセッション・ワーク (Session Works) と同様に、大きな括弧の中に括ってしまった方が、良いと想う。
つまり、彼の初のソロ名義の作品『フィールズ・グッド・トゥ・ミー (Feels Good To Me)』 [1978年発表] の、素直な発展の系譜にこの作品『ワン・オブ・ア・カインド (One Of A Kind)』 [1979年発表] を置けばいいのだ。

Reika Ryuzaki, the butterfly

Reika Ryuzaki was created for the comic "Aim For The Ace!" 1973 - 1980 by Sumika Yamamoto.
Reika Ryuzaki was the high school tennis player, who called as "Madame Butterfly" from her tennis play style. Hiromi Oka, the heroine of this comic, was fascinated by her and started to play tennis.
This comic was adapted to anime tv series "Aim For The Ace!" 1973 - 1974 directed by Osamu Dezaki, and “The New Aim For The Ace!" 1978 - 1979 directed by Minoru Okazaki. And also, this comic adapted to anime film "Aim For The Ace!" 1979 directed by Osamu Dezaki.
On 2004, tv live-action drama "Aim For The Ace!" was made. Reika Ryuzaki was acted by Rio Matsumoto.

Yawara Inokuma was created for the comic "Yawara! A Fashionable Judo Girl” 1986 - 1993 by Naoki Urasawa.
Yawara have had a dream to live an ordinary life. But, she had a talent for judo. And Jigorou Inokuma, her grand father had the ambition to make her get a gold medal for judo at olympic match.
On 1989, the comic adapted for the live-action movie “Yawara!” directed by Kazuo Yoshida. Yawara Inokuma acted by Yui Asaka.
From 1989 to 1992, Anime television series “Yawara! A Fashionable Judo Girl” was broadcasted.
On 1996, the comic adapted for anime movie “Yawara! Special - Zutto Kimi No Koto Ga” directed by Morio Asaka.

Youki Mizuhara, the lefty

Youki Mizuhara was created for the comic “Yakyu-kyoh No Uta : Poetry Of Baseball Enthusiasts” 1972 - 1976 by Shinji Mizushima.
Firstly, this comic was the short stories of the baseball players in the Tokyo Mets, fictional professional baseball team. Afterwards, on this comic she appeared for the pitcher of the Tokyo Mets and became the heroine.
On 1977, the story about Youki Mizuhara was adapted for the live-action movie “Yakyu-kyoh No Uta : Poetry Of Baseball Enthusiasts” directed by Akira Kato. Youki Mizuhara acted by Midori Kinouchi.
On 1978, the comic “Yakyu-kyoh No Uta : Poetry Of Baseball Enthusiasts” was adapted as TV anime “Yakyu-kyoh No Uta : Poetry Of Baseball Enthusiasts”.
On 1985, the story about Youki Mizuhara was adapted for the live-action TV drama “Yakyu-kyoh No Uta : Poetry Of Baseball Enthusiasts”. Youki Mizuhara acted by Yuki Saito.
