Rui Kisugi, the thief

Rui Kisugi was created for the comic "Cat's Eye" 1981-1985 by Tsukasa Hojo on Weekly Shonen Jump.
Rui KIsugi is the eldest daughter of the Kisugis three sisters. In the daytime, the Kisugis three sisters have managed the coffee Shop "Cat's Eye". In late at night, the Kisugis three sisters have transformed themselves into the phantom thief "Cat's Eye".
