Fumio Shijo, the archangel

Fumio Shijo was one of the three heroines (the rest two was Kazume Saiki and Yuzuko Sarashina) from the comic "Warau Michael : Smiling Michael" 1987 - 1988 created by Izumi Kawahara for the biweekly magazine "Hana To Yume".
Fumio Shijo had been a wolf in sheep's clothing at the life and studying at Saint Micael High School. And she met Kazume Saiki and Yuzuko Sarashina. They also has been wolfs in sheep's clothing.
